Service Introduction

Western blot is a method for detecting a specific protein in complex samples based on the specific binding of antigen and antibody.
Due to its high resolution and the high specificity and sensitivity of solid-phase immunoassays, Western blotting has become a routine technique for protein analysis.
Western blotting is commonly used to identify a specific protein and perform qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis of the protein. Combined with chemiluminescence detection, it allows for simultaneous comparison of the expression differences of the same protein in multiple samples.

Service Process

Provided by the customer

• Specimen - as fresh as possible, with tissue mass >100mg
• Protein - 7500mg
• Number of cells - 6 X 10^6
• Primary antibody - either self-prepared or purchased by our company

 

Deliver Results

Experimental raw data and experimental report, including complete experimental steps and results (electronic scanning results), with additional data analysis (grayscale value analysis) available upon request.

 

 

Service Quotation

800 yuan per membrane; if grayscale value analysis is also required, 1000 yuan per membrane.
Primary antibody purchasing service is available, but an additional primary antibody fee will be charged.

 

Acceptance

The entrusting party shall verify and accept the experimental report within one week after receipt. If there are any objections to the quality of the experiment, the entrusting party must raise them in writing. Only after verification by Sair Biotech can any action be taken.
