Service Introduction

Fluorescence quantitative PCR (FQ-PCR) technology involves adding fluorescent groups to the PCR reaction system, utilizing changes in fluorescence signals to monitor in real-time the variation in the amount of amplification product during each cycle of the PCR amplification reaction. By analyzing the relationship between the Ct value and the standard curve, this method enables quantitative analysis of the initial template.
The experiment employs two quantitative methods: absolute quantification and relative quantification. Relative quantification involves calculating the expression fold difference between the target gene and an internal reference gene (commonly GAPDH, β-actin, etc.) using the 2-ΔΔCt method for relative quantification. Absolute quantification requires the preparation of standards, followed by the simultaneous detection of the target gene and the standard curve. By comparing the standard curve, absolute quantification can be performed on samples of unknown concentration, ultimately calculating the copy number, molarity, or micrograms of specific nucleic acids in the sample.
Fluorescence quantitative PCR technology has been widely applied in various fields of clinical and life science research.

Responsibilities of Sheng'er Biotech:
1. Term:

After signing the contract, Sheng'er Biology will complete the experiment within one month after receiving the sample from the entrusting party and confirming the experimental plan. Sheng'er Biology will send the experimental result report, original data, detailed experimental steps, and the names and models of the instruments used to the entrusting party, and provide data interpretation services. If there is any delay, Sheng'er Biology should proactively negotiate with the entrusting party in a friendly manner. If the delay is due to Sheng'er Biology's reasons, Sheng'er Biology shall bear the corresponding responsibility. Sheng'er Biology will not be responsible for any extension of the experimental service period due to issues with the entrusting party's experimental plan or sample.
2. Question:
If any issues arise during the experiment, Sheng'er Biology should promptly communicate with the commissioning party and handle them only after reaching a consensus through consultation.
3. Discarded samples:
In principle, the remaining samples and reagents of the entrusting party shall be recovered by the entrusting party after the data transfer without any objections. If the entrusting party gives up, Sheng'er Biotech shall dispose of all experimental samples and reagents, and the entrusting party shall not claim them again. If the entrusting party requests an extension of the storage time, Sheng'er Biotech will charge a storage fee of 3 yuan per sample per day.
4. Handling of objections to experimental results:
As the experimental content involves scientific research, there is a certain degree of uncertainty in the experimental results. The entrusting party provides the experimental route, and Sheng'er Biotech is only responsible for the authenticity of the experimental results obtained using the experimental route and samples provided by the entrusting party. For qPCR experiments, only when the internal control shows correct results, the experimental operation is considered correct. Sheng'er Biotech does not assume any responsibility for experimental results that are not as expected due to errors in the entrusting party's experimental route design or sample issues.
5. Confidentiality:
Without authorization, Sheng'er Biology shall not submit the experimental results and scientific research information of the entrusting party to others. Sheng'er Biology shall be responsible for any losses incurred by the entrusting party due to the leakage of research content by
Sheng'er Biology.

Responsibilities and rights of the entrusting party:
1. Contract changes:

After signing the contract, the entrusting party may not cancel or alter the reagent kits and project service list specified in the aforementioned table. Any losses incurred by Sheng'er Biotech as a result shall be fully borne by the entrusting party. If there are changes to the sample content and quantity, the entrusting party may negotiate with Sheng'er Biotech before the experiment begins. The additional costs for reagent kits and service fees incurred as a result may be paid to the entrusting party through a supplementary contract.
2. Obligation to inform about contagion:
If the entrusting party has information regarding the samples to be sent for research at Sheng'er Biology, such as any potential infectious diseases, they must inform Sheng'er Biology in advance. Otherwise, the entrusting party shall be responsible for all consequences arising therefrom.
3. Property ownership:
The intellectual property rights of experimental data belong to the entrusting party. Sheng'er Biology shall not provide any relevant experimental data, experimental schemes, or other information related to Sheng'er Biology to any third party other than the entrusting party in any form.
